Hope for the World Week 3 | We Engage the Nations

As we wrapped up Hope for the World 2025, we focused on how each of us can take part in engaging the nations with the gospel. Pastor Scott Worthington preached from Colossians 4:2–4.

In this passage, we learned that prayer is one of the primary ways we join in on what God is doing around the world. As we pray, God—by His sovereignty—chooses to move through the prayers of His people, opening doors of opportunity and inviting us to step into them to proclaim the gospel.

Hope for the World Week 2 | Church Multiplication

In Week 2 of Hope for the World, we focused on reaching our nation through church planting. Pastor Ricky Harris taught from Acts 13:1–4.

In this passage, the local church recognized the need to share the gospel beyond itself and sent out missionaries to do just that. In the same way, God has called every Jesus follower to share the gospel — and reaching the nations through church multiplication might be part of that calling. Whether it's starting a church or joining a church plant, God may be prompting you to take that step.
